Celebrate Italian food culture with cooking pro Anna Bernardi in hands-on and demonstration-style 2 hour classes that are fun, educational, authentic, and delicious. Classes start at $95/person and include a complimentary glass of wine to savor with the food made in class.

About the event
This is a part Hands-on and part Demonstration style class where you will learn how to start your dinner parties like the Italians do! Learn how to make Anna’s very own tomato Bruschetta and Sicilian Caponata, both delicious dishes she’s well-known for. In addition, learn how to deconstruct Caprese Salad and Prosciutto-wrapped melon and assemble them into easy-to-serve Skewers. To complete the party, learn how to make and assemble Polenta with Mushroom Bites. Once all dishes are complete, we will sample all the food. Expect your dinner guests to be impressed with this line up next time you have a gathering. Recipes included.
