Celebrate Italian food culture with cooking pro Anna Bernardi in hands-on and demonstration-style 2 hour classes that are fun, educational, authentic, and delicious. Classes start at $95/person and include a complimentary glass of wine to savor with the food made in class.

About the event
In this hands-on class, you will be making fresh, homemade pasta like Fettuccine and Farfalle. Both pastas will be served with red sauce (sugo rosso), one with meat, and one without. Expect to mix and knead dough with your hands and use both a hand-crank pasta machine and a ravioli cutter. Although both pastas are made from the same ingredients, you will notice that their different shapes and textures will produce “different” types of pasta. Maximum class size is 12

Here's what to expect at Cucina Dolce Vita:
In our hands-on classes, you'll work together with other students in a fun, productive environment led by your instructor. For demonstration style classes, you will be seated to observe the instructor in her lesson and participate verbally with questions and discussion should you choose to. Notes can also be taken directly onto your recipe. Pencils will be provided.
