About the class: This is a Hands-on class where you will learn how to make this very popular fresh Italian pasta made with potato, flour and eggs. These delicious dumplings are called gnocchi, pronounced nyokee, and they’ll be paired with fresh basil pesto (made in class) and a red meat sauce, ragù, and topped with plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Expect to mix and knead dough with your hands. Maximum class size is 12.
