Celebrate Italian food culture with cooking pro Anna Bernardi in hands-on and demonstration-style 2.5 hour classes that are fun, educational, authentic, and delicious. Classes start at $95/person and include a complimentary glass of wine to savor with the food made in class.

About the event
Join us for a special evening making a favorite Holiday or Christmas Day classic, Ravioli! In this Hands-on class, we will make them all from scratch, so we’ll be cranking out pasta sheets on the machine (sfoglia), mixing 2 fillings, one meat and one cheese, shaping and cutting the ravioli, cooking them, and, the best part, eating them with red sauce. This is a fun class that will be sure to get you in the spirit of the Christmas holidays. Depending on our level of productivity with making ravioli, this class may take a little longer than 2 hours, so please plan for a little extra time just in case. Buon Natale!!!
