Celebrate Italian food culture with cooking pro Anna Bernardi in hands-on and demonstration-style 2 hour classes that are fun, educational, authentic, and delicious. Classes start at $95/person and include a complimentary glass of wine to savor with the food made in class.

About the event
In this demonstration-style class, learn how to make authentic Risotto, Italy’s most popular rice dish that originated in the Lombardy (Milano) area. Take the guesswork out of making this dish, and learn the proper technique for creamy, velvety smooth risotto that will compliment any main dish at your dinner party. We will be making 2 types: Risotto ai Funghi (Mushroom Risotto) using dried porcini mushrooms, and Risotto alla Zucca e Salvia (Butternut Squash and Sage Risotto). We will sit and eat the two risottos and finish off the evening with Anna’s famous Tiramisù, also a specialty of the Milano area of Italy. Ask questions, take notes, and taste your way to an incredible evening! All recipes are included.
