Celebrate Italian food culture with cooking pro Anna Bernardi in hands-on and demonstration-style 2 hour classes that are fun, educational, authentic, and delicious. Classes start at $95/person and include a complimentary glass of wine to savor with the food made in class.

About the event
This is a demonstration-style class where you will learn how to make the “big three” of popular Italian sauces, Tomato Meat Sauce (Sugo di Carne or Ragù), Marinara Sauce (fresh tomato meatless sauce), and Pesto Genovese (green, fresh basil and olive oil sauce). All three are used in a variety of dishes throughout Italy, so mastering these sauces will give you great versatility in your Italian kitchen. We will finish the class by cooking a dried pasta and serving it with all three different sauces for you to try. This is a sensory-forward class where you will watch, listen, ask questions, take notes, and taste the finished product so you feel confident when making these sauces at home. All recipes are included.
Maximum class size is 16.
