Celebrate Italian food culture with cooking pro Anna Bernardi in hands-on and demonstration-style 2 hour classes that are fun, educational, authentic, and delicious. Classes start at $95/person and include a complimentary glass of wine to savor with the food made in class.

About the event
In this Hands-on style class, learn how to stuff and bake a variety of vegetables (Verdure Ripiene) like peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini with a savory filling of rice, cheeses, and herbs. Once baked, you will see why these dishes are so popular for their fresh flavor and ease of preparation. We will also be wrapping thin slices of beef around a simple breadcrumb, garlic, parsley and cheese filling, called Involtini di Carne or Braciole. Once assembled, they will be cooked on the stovetop and served up with the baked, stuffed vegetables for a delicious and well-deserved ending to a fun, informative, and productive evening at Cucina Dolce Vita.
