In this demonstration-style class, learn how to make 2 fantastic types of chicken: Pollo alla Marsala con funghi and Pollo Giardiniera. Anna’s famous Chicken Marsala was featured in the newspaper years ago, so this is a must for you to add to your recipe book! Pollo Giardiniera is a delicious family recipe Anna’s mother would make that is easy, fast, and delicious featuring fresh herbs and pickled vegetables that will surely have your family and friends asking for a second helping.

For demonstration style classes, you will be seated to observe the instructor in her lesson and participate verbally with questions and discussion should you choose to.
