Celebrate Italian food culture with cooking pro Anna Bernardi in hands-on and demonstration-style 2 hour classes that are fun, educational, authentic, and delicious. Classes start at $95/person and include a complimentary glass of wine to savor with the food made in class.

About the event
In this hand’s-on class, get ready to mix, knead, bake, and taste one of Italy’s most beloved breads, Focaccia! Do you know that there are several types of focaccia that vary by region? We will be making 2 types of focaccia, Ligurian (Genovese) and Pugliese (Barese). Each is slightly different in shape and toppings, but both are equally delicious. I will provide step-by-step instructions to take the guesswork and intimidation out of the equation regarding working with dough and making focaccia. Come curious and come hungry, as we will be eating our finished product fresh out of the oven. Because rising times for dough might vary, it is possible that this class may exceed 2 hours slightly.
Maximum Class size is 12.
