About the event
In this demonstration-style class, learn how to make authentic Risotto, Italy’s most popular rice dish that originated in the Lombardy (Milano) area. Take the guesswork out of making this dish, and learn the proper technique for creamy, velvety smooth risotto that will compliment any main dish at your dinner party. We will be making 2 types: Risotto Primavera (Asparagus and Peas Risotto) and Risotto alla Milanese (Saffron infused Risotto). We will sit and eat the two risottos we made. Ask questions, take notes, and taste your way to an incredible evening! All recipes are included.
Maximum class size is 12.
